*Due to high demand, rooms at Pinehurst Resort for the first night (February 25) are now sold out.*
Pinehurst Resort is maintaining a running waitlist in case additional rooms become available. Attendees interested in being added to the waitlist may contact the resort directly.
Good news: Rooms are still available for the second night (February 26), and we encourage guests to make their reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability.
For those seeking alternate accommodations, a limited number of rooms are also available at Homewood Suites Pinehurst. Upon completing registration, you’ll receive booking links for both hotels.​

When booking accommodations, registrants must ensure they select the correct check-in and check-out dates within the designated room block. Any dates outside of this range will automatically appear as unavailable or sold out in the reservation system.
